Om nom nom sweet potato breakfast pudding.
Egg Scramble with ALL the veggies, bacon, bleu cheese + side of toast with mashed avocado and horseradish hummus.
I didn’t get one single piece of halloween candy. I responded to this injustice by making homemade almond joys.
Smoothie time! Frozen banana, chocolate almond milk, almond butter, ice, and a scoop of cottage cheese.
Time to make some spicy chickpea and spinach stew (with added snap peas and broccoli- served over brown jasmine rice).
